Safety is our absolute priority. According to Marine Department regulations:
Typhoon Signal 3 (or higher): If T3 or a Black Rainstorm warning is hoisted 2 hours before your departure, the trip will be postponed.
Typhoon Signal 1 or Amber/Red Rainstorm: The trip will proceed as scheduled. Our junks are equipped with covered areas to ensure your comfort during passing showers.
Rescheduling: In the event of a T3+ cancellation, we will work with you to find a mutually agreeable future date. Please note that no refunds are provided for weather-related postponements.

If a Typhoon Signal is not in place but the Captain determines that sea conditions are unsafe for the planned route, we may suggest an alternative, more sheltered destination (such as Deep Water Bay or Tai Tam) to ensure your group's safety and comfort.

Once a deposit is paid, your date is locked in our calendar.
Rescheduling: Requests made more than 30 days in advance may be accommodated subject to a small admin fee and availability.
Cancellations: Deposits are non-refundable. We recommend ensuring your group is confirmed before finalizing your booking.
